Sometimes the life path can be foggy or come to a fork or a round abound and one is not sure which way to go forward... One may feel stuck or maybe overwhelmed as may carry a lot of baggage - mental baggage or emotional baggage from the life journey so far. Everyone get lost now and then and that is OK. The heart to heart session is a place to come back 'home'. Be present. Be aware. Stay connected. Take a decision which is the best way forward. Build a strategy and be accountable while taking actions. Heart to Heart sessions are packed with transformational activities. They are a mini version of my Retreat Days. Packed with coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, nlp, timeline travel, hypnosis and many more techniques that help one to raise the consciousness, break-free from old habits and sabotaging beliefs, let go of the emotional baggage see the world from a different lenses and transform one's life for the better. Every session will have different topic with different activities. The sessions are suitable for all ability levels. If we do yoga it will be seated yoga. These sessions are designed specially for the online community and are offered only via Zoom on face-to-face basis as part of a group. Each session will be around 90 min long. One of my affirmations and motivations is the motto: 'Nothing will work, unless I do!' Make sure that you take the action to join us, so you can be beautiful, healthy, yourself! The session on the 6th of November will be on the topic 'How does life turn me around?'. We will discuss and share our personal life story. The session on the 22nd of November will be about ' Taking out the trash'. We will speak about our emotional and mental rubbish.
