Service Description

Being a coach is one of the most rewarding professions nowadays. We help others grow, achieve success in all areas of life and become the best versions of themselves. But if we as coaches do not empty our cup from time to time this may impact us as professionals in many different ways. Coaching supervision is an essential one for each self respecting oneself practicing coach. Every professional coach should attend 4 to 12 sessions of supervision an year with a Master Coach. It can be attended one on one or as a part of a group. What is a supervision session? Supervision sessions are a place for the coach to REFLECT on the work they are undertaking with another more experienced coach. It has the dual purpose of supporting the continued learning and development of the coach. Coaching Supervision may include: Exploring the coach's internal process through reflective practice. Reviewing the coaching agreement and any other psychological or physical contacts, both implicit and explicit. Uncovering blind spots. All of this aims to improve the practice of the coach when working with clients and serving them in the best possible way.
