Awaken your creativity through the power of Yoga, Cacao Ceremony and Mind Creativity.

When was the last time when you let go of everything heavy and unnecessary and allowed yourself to dream and follow your dreams???

The purpose of this event is to help you create your dream vision into a plan that you are gonna act upon. We will transfer ourselves into the miracle world of our own imagination where no limitations, buts and nos exist. And we will make sure that we manifest this dream into a reality in the coming months or years. Depending on how big and wild you will allow yourself to dream. 

Our evening will start with a Yin Yoga class followed by Dancing meditation where we can let go of all body stagnation and mind resistance. Then we will sit in a circle to have a cup of Ceremonial Cacao to open our hearts and help us connect with our higher selves. Finally, I will lead you to Dreamland where you can create your reality. 

Imagine being on a social evening with a few people you have never met in your life and out of a sudden you realise that you can recognise a friend in that group. A friend that you were waiting to meet. A friend that has similar values, vision and needs. That is because we are all connected and one, just shining in our own way. 

Yin yoga is gentle and slow practice. It works on our feminine energy and has the power to awaken our creativity. It is greatly practised in the evening. The practice helps us become more flexible and supple. It will leave us feeling relaxed but nourished at the same time. We will work on the hip and heart opening. Our hip region holds a lot of stuck emotions and Yin yoga will be very beneficial in releasing some of them. For follow up I am planning to treat you with one of the OSHO Meditations. They are usually of three or four stages. All will be explained in the evening. The Ceremonial Cacao is an ancient plant medicine, a heart opener, a wisdom keeper, a consciousness facilitator, a teacher and a creative partner. In modern terms, it is classed as an entheogen. And entheogens are psychoactive substances that induce alterations in perception, mood, consciousness, cognition, or behaviour for the purposes of engendering spiritual development or otherwise in sacred contexts. Consumption of a cup of cacao will bring multiple health benefits to the physical, mental and energetic body of an individual. 

After we have cleaned the stagnations from the body and mind and we have tuned our energies and opened our perception we can start working and creating our new reality with the power of coaching. Does not matter what you want to manifest - a new car, house, the perfect job or nurturing relationship. This is your dream! You are allowed to dream it the way you want and design it the way you like it to be. If you can dream it you can achieve it! I will help you and guide you through the process of creation and planning the real way to it then you only have to take the courage to follow the steps and manifest it into the real world.

For the creation part, you will be free to use any of the following - pencils, paints, colour pens, personal pictures or pictures from magazines and books, paper, and journalling it. Feel welcome to bring a notebook with you and if you have favourite colouring materials bring them too. I will provide you with plenty of materials. 

I would encourage those of you who have their yoga mats, please do bring them in to play on them. If you do not have a mat just message me as I have a selection of mats with me. Be ready to have lots of fun! You will leave feeling nourished, nurtured, connected, lighter, happy and fulfilled, with a step-by-step plan about how to convert your dreams into a reality!
