Mother's Day Bonding Retreat

Our Mothers are the women in our lives that inspire us, guide us, and encourage us to pursue our dreams. Show your love and appreciation at the beautiful Burnsall Village Hall with a magical bonding retreat encompassing a wide range of activities which include sound healing, nurturing yoga, massage and nature walk. Bring the special mum, mums, best friend or woman in your life and let’s celebrate them.

This retreat is designed to help you bond with your 'supportive person in life' and have more meaningful relationship. We will start the day with gentle yoga flow with incorporated breathwork. Then we will give to each other fully clothed Indian Head Massage (no oil or cream will be used). We will enjoy lunch as a group. In the afernoon we will go for a walk near the river to connect with the nature and with our inner self. Then we will create a beautiful mandala ceremony and we will dance. We will finish the day with meditation and sound bath.

What's Included in the Price?

• A 60-minute nourishing yoga session, suitable for all levels.
• A massage workshop. 
• Nature walk on the bank of river Wharf.
• Gentle breath work and sound bath to support deep relaxation
• A day to bond and connect with a loved one as you share a self-care experience

What Should I Bring?

• Warm clothes for the outdoor element.
• Yoga clothes or something you are comfortable to move around in.
• Bring your own lunch.
• A bottle of water.
• All Levels Welcome – not suitable for pregnancy or under 16 years of age.
• Bring your own yoga mat (if you gave one), cushion to sit on and blanket. If you do not have a mat we will provide one.
