This is six weeks one on one service that includes in-depth consultation, dosha test, coaching, yoga, breathwork and meditation. It is tailor made around the customer's needs. It aims to improve the health of the individual on all levels of existence. This is a great pick me up program for anyone who wants to improve the condition of their health - physical, mental and emotional. What you get? In the first session we cover detailed history and consultation and you outline the desired outcome. Followed by four sessions that will be planned regarding your current needs. The sixth session is to check what we have achieved over the month and discussing how you can maintain the achieved result and future steps.
