Beautiful Healthy Me and Hawk & Heath want to welcome you to their collaborative retreat day "Reflect". It is designed to nourish your mind, rejuvenate your body, and reconnect your soul. In today's fast-paced world, we often forget to pause, breathe, and truly reflect on our lives. This retreat is a sacred space where you can do just that, surrounded by the beauty of nature in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
What's the schedule:
Morning Session:
1. Take time to arrive and find your comfy corner (9:30 AM - 10:00 AM).
2. Morning Session (10:00 AM - 12:00 NOON):
We will begin the day with a grounding and intention-setting ceremony. In the first part of the morning we will reflect on the year that just past. We will observe our emotions, mind and body and gather all the learnings we have gained throughtout the year. Then we will keep…
